Aerospace Sourcing is a sourcing partner for aerospace and defense hardware in the United States. Buyers send one request for custom machined and fabricated parts, ground support equipment, obsolete and hard to find parts, certified material, special processes, wire harnesses, composites, additive parts or environmental test time. We match the job to qualified suppliers, flow down every requirement, track the work and deliver it with the paperwork the buyer's quality team expects.
What we do not do
We do not run machines ourselves, and we do not pretend to. Our value is the supplier match, the flow-downs, the schedule and the paperwork check. The shops, process houses and test labs we use are independent businesses that join our supplier network after review.
One order, one point of contact
A job that touches several shops still runs as one order: one quote, one lead time, one purchase order and one person who answers for it. Material certs, special process certs, first article reports and a certificate of conformance are checked against your requirements before anything ships.
Confidential by default
A mutual NDA is signed electronically before drawings move, and both parties receive the executed PDF with a signature certificate and audit trail. Suppliers see a blind scope and sign a flow-down agreement before they see more. They do not learn who the end customer is unless the customer approves.
Export control
The website never accepts ITAR, EAR-controlled or CUI technical data. Controlled programs follow a written ten-step release process, and technical data moves only to verified U.S. persons through a channel your security team approves.
