What to send

  • Each part number exactly as it appears on your drawing or parts list, with the specification revision where one applies.
  • Quantity and need date for each line, and any approved manufacturers or alternates you accept.
  • Paperwork you need: certificate of conformance, manufacturer certs, material certs, DFARS specialty metals, shelf life.
  • Whether the parts ship loose, as a kit, or with machined or fabricated work on the same order.
